Job summary

altaexternalcareersite is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a full-time role with benefits. The position supports the Store Manager in all store operations, ensuring a safe, customer-focused environment and performing Store Manager duties when the Manager is not present.

You will assist customers in purchasing products, build customer connections, and maintain a positive attitude with staff and customers.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in a retail store.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnights, and holidays.

• Support the Store Manager in all store operations and cover duties when the Store Manager is absent.
• Assist customers in purchasing products and develop customer connections.
