Job summary

Kering in New York’s SoHo is seeking an Assistant Store Director to support the Store Director in leading operations, sales and customer service for a luxury brand. You will help drive store performance, coach associates, recruit talent, and ensure high standards of service and brand presentation.

The role requires at least 2 years in retail management with strong leadership, communication, and a willingness to work closing shifts and peak periods. This is a full-time position based in New York.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail managerial experience.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
