Job summary

Rally House is seeking an Assistant Coach to support the Store Manager by driving daily performance and coaching the team. You will partner with the Head Coach to hire, train, and develop staff while upholding store standards and guest experiences.

You will lead coaching efforts, manage schedules, and ensure adherence to safety, cash handling, and operating policies. This role requires a passion for sports retail and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail.
• 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, and onboard talent in collaboration with Head Coach.
• Lead ongoing training and development plans for team members.
• Coach performance, document feedback, and support corrective actions.
• Drive store results and ensure compliance with safety and cash handling policies.
• Act as operational leader-on-duty in Head Coach's absence.
• Oversee merchandising and visual standards to drive sales.
