Job summary

Rally House is seeking an Assistant Coach to act as the Assistant Store Manager, supporting store performance and developing the team. This role prioritizes guest experience, coaching, and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will partner with the Head Coach to attract and onboard talent, lead training, and ensure standards are consistently met while adapting to changing priorities and guest needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience
• 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Availability to work 40 hours per week including days, nights, weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing training and development plans for team members
• Coach performance, document feedback, and support corrective actions
• Build engagement through recognition, communication, and follow-up
• Own execution of operational standards and routines
• Validate adherence through observation and walkthroughs
• Ensure compliance with safety, cash handling, and policy standards
• Act as operational leader-on-duty in the Head Coach's absence
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
