Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Assistant Station Manager at our Walnut Creek, CA location.

The ideal candidate must have experience in customer service management or retail management, and those without management experience will not be considered. The ASM will assist the Station Manager in daily operations, lead staff, and ensure safety and adherence to company policies in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service Management or Retail Management.
• Management experience is required and candidates with no management background will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Station Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Oversee station operations in the Station Manager's absence.
• Provide direction, motivation, and coaching to staff during shifts.
• Ensure safety, security, and quality guidelines are followed.
• Maintain wage and hour compliance and CSI policies.
• Handle cash/money processes and help train CSRs.
• Perform CSR duties as needed.
