Job summary

Casa Pacifica, based in Camarillo, CA, seeks an Assistant Special Events Manager to coordinate and execute fundraising events and community activities. You will manage volunteers, sponsor and vendor relations, and ensure seamless event operations across multiple signatures.

Responsibilities include ticketing, communications, budgeting support, and post-event donor acknowledgment, all while helping meet revenue and net-proceeds goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of fundraising, event coordination, or related work.
• Experience recruiting, motivating and coaching volunteers preferred.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
• Proficient in MS Office; donor databases experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and execution for fundraising and community events.
• Supervise on-site volunteers and manage roles.
• Maintain relationships with sponsors, vendors and donors.
• Assist with ticketing, registrations and post-event reporting.
• Prepare donor acknowledgments and event materials.
