Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible fundraising experience.
• Experience with major gift fundraising and donor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manages a portfolio of approximately 150 major gift prospects and donors.
• Develops donor engagement strategies and annual fundraising goals.
• Qualifies prospective donors through research and relationship-building activities.
• Creates individualized engagement strategies for assigned donors.
• Executes moves-management plans with meaningful contacts, meetings, proposals, and stewardship.
• Conducts donor meetings (in-person/virtual/telephone) to advance relationships.
• Prepares major gift proposals, funding requests, and donor communications.
• Collaborates with program and finance staff to translate needs into donor opportunities.
• Partners with the Chief Development Officer on donor strategy and stewardship activities.
• Works toward annual fundraising and portfolio goals with leadership.
