Massage Heights Indianapolis is seeking an Assistant Retreat Director to support the Spa Director in overseeing Retreat operations, revenue and profitability, inventory, and brand processes on a daily basis.

The role requires leadership, training, and supervisory skills, with a focus on guest service excellence and team culture. Varied hours including weekends and holidays may apply; compensation is competitive with opportunities for bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous assistant management or supervisory experience in a spa, retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Self-starter mentality with leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution with employees.
• Knowledge of POS systems, retail math, and sales reporting.
• Experience with employee onboarding, training, scheduling, and development.

Responsabilités

• Assist, hire, train, develop and retain employees.
• Facilitate front desk staff training; coaching and role-playing to support membership sales.
• Manage team member schedules to ensure proper execution of daily operations.
• Collaborate with Management to set individual team member and overall Retreat goals.
• Create an environment passionate about providing awesome guest service.
• Build guest loyalty by following the Massage Heights operating system.
