V/O Med Spa Rochester is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to support the Spa Manager in leading daily operations, guest services, and staff performance. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving service targets.

You will drive revenue through service and retail sales, develop an inspiring team, manage payroll and inventory, coordinate events, lead staff meetings, and monitor expenses to stay within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing spa staff and operations.
• Sales-focused with ability to meet revenue targets.
• Ability to consult patients regarding cosmetic treatments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to stand and lift up to 30 lbs.
