Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a sales‑focused Assistant Spa Director to drive spa operations and revenue growth. You will lead the front desk, train sales staff, and partner with the spa Director and owners to cultivate a client‑ and team‑focused culture.

You will excel at converting members, coaching a sales team, and educating clients about services, upgrades, products, and memberships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a front desk and coordinating a sales team.
• Strong client interaction skills and ability to upsell services.
• Comfort educating clients on massage and facial offerings and memberships.
• Experience in payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting.

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is currently seeking a sales focused Assistant Spa Director to help us drive our spa operations! The position of Assistant Spa Director is designed for people who are passionate about client interactions, interested in learning about the wellness industry and expanding their sales experience.

Ideal candidates for this role demonstrate the following attributes:

• Growth Focused Leadership - the assistant spa Director will be running the front desk of the spa, training sales associates, and working closely with our spa Director, owners and asst spa directors to produce both a client and team focused culture..
• Member Conversion and Customer Service-As part of the spa managementteam, you will lead by example. You enjoy connecting with clients to offer them individualized sales solutions. You also understand how to coach and motivate a sales team.
• Promote Health and Wellness- You understand, or want to learn more, about the benefits of massages and facials. You are comfortable educating members and guests on services, upgrades, products, and memberships.
• Multi-Tasking ExpertiseHave experience handling or assisting with administrative tasks- including (but not limited to) payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting.
