The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and a self-starter attitude. You will support reception, drive memberships and service sales, and contribute to a professional, rewarding work environment.

• Oversee the reception team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Overall Oversight and Management of Reception Team
• Achieve Membership, Service, and Product Sales Targets
• Development, Training, and Accountability for Reception Staff
• Administrative and Bookkeeping Task
• Training and Motivating Sales Team
• Reception and Orientation of Clients
• Client Reservation Management
• Overall Responsibility for Clients Experience in the Spa
• Collaboration with Lead Massage Therapist and Lead Esthetician to maximize performance
