Redd Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Sommelier to support our fine dining wine program, assisting with wine service, cellar management, and guest education. You will help curate experiences that elevate dining and pairings.

The ideal candidate is passionate about wine, with strong knowledge of regions, varietals, and food pairings, and excellent guest service and communication skills. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Competenze

• Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service.
• Strong knowledge of wine regions, varietals, and food pairings.
• Passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
• Excellent communication and service skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Assist the Sommelier with daily wine service and guest recommendations
• Provide wine pairings that enhance the guest dining experience
• Maintain and organize the wine cellar and inventory
• Assist with wine ordering, receiving, and proper storage
• Support wine list updates and beverage program development
• Ensure proper wine service standards including decanting and presentation
• Educate staff on wine knowledge and pairing recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of wine storage areas
