Whistle Express in Twinsburg, OH is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to lead a fast-paced team and ensure top guest experience at our car wash site. You will work with the Site Leader to onboard staff, manage scheduling, and drive service quality while promoting memberships and service offerings.

The role emphasizes ownership of outcomes, proactive problem-solving, and developing people through coaching, training, and feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people and owning outcomes.
• Track record of ownership matters more than title.
• Able to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Onboard and develop team members; reinforce company values and site procedures.
• Support scheduling and ensure fair workload.
• Promote positive team culture and address conflicts promptly.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development opportunities.
• Greet customers and ensure they feel welcomed.
• Explain services, memberships, and promotions.
• Resolve customer concerns; escalate when needed.
• Promote unlimited wash memberships and other services.
• Monitor customer experience and provide feedback.
• Check equipment daily and report issues.
• Support site safety and safe practices.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking.
• Suggest process improvements to run operations smoothly.
• Upsell services and products to reach sales goals.
• Assist with promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Track sales activity and provide opportunities to increase revenue.
• Respond to customer concerns; escalate when needed.
