Qualifications

• Assist with scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate staffing and fair workload.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development opportunities to boost team performance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ensure a welcoming, valued experience at each visit.
• Answer questions about services, memberships, and promotions clearly and courteously.
• Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating to the Site Leader when needed.
• Promote unlimited wash memberships and other services to enhance engagement and retention.
• Check equipment daily and report issues to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Assist with site promotions, upselling, and tracking sales performance.
