• Experience with scheduling and workload balancing in a retail/service environment.
• Strong focus on guest experience and ability to upsell services.

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding and developing team members to meet site standards.
• Support scheduling, shift management, and workload distribution.
• Greet customers, answer questions about memberships, and promote services.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and report issues to Site Leader.
• Promote unlimited wash memberships and other services to increase revenue.
• Monitor site operations and assist with daily maintenance and safety.
