Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to work alongside the Site Manager, leading a team to deliver excellent guest experiences and uphold company standards. You will help develop the team, manage scheduling, and resolve issues in real time at an outdoor, fast-paced location.

Responsibilities include onboarding, coaching, upselling memberships, safety, and daily operations. The role emphasizes ownership, initiative, and a customer-first approach to drive service and sales
