Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
• Basic IT proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the site manager to ensure the store operates smoothly and meets customer service goals.
• Lead sales efforts by presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products.
• Manage labor and staff scheduling; monitor expenditures and inventory.
• Follow safety procedures and cash handling protocols; address customer escalations professionally.
