Moo Moo Express Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager II in Newark, OH. The role supports the site manager to run daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a team. You’ll engage customers, upsell monthly unlimited packages, and ensure service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Basic IT proficiency including POS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.
• Lead with integrity and foster respectful accountability.
• Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth.
• Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams.
• Manage labor and staff scheduling effectively.
• Oversee P&L through monitoring of chemicals, utilities, and expenses.
• Ensure quality assurance through regular quality checks.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures with daily reconciliations.
• Monitor inventory and place orders as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledge base.
