Moo Moo Express Car Wash, part of Express Wash Concepts LLC, is hiring an Assistant Site Manager in Powell, OH. This role supports the site manager, drives customer engagement, and promotes monthly unlimited car wash packages while upselling products.

The position emphasizes team leadership, daily store operations, and achieving sales targets within a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly pay and benefit opportunities accompany growth potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
• Basic IT and computer proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Ability to close the site at least two nights per week and open as needed.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and train.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.
• Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability.
• Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth.
• Assist with Recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company’s mission.
• Effective P&L management through monitoring of chemicals, utilities, and other expenditures.
