Where Clean Cars Begin: Your Role

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will assist the site manager to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service. You will focus on sales efforts by engaging potential customers and upselling monthly unlimited car wash packages and products. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining high-quality daily store operations
• Leading with integrity and fostering respectful accountability
• Exceeding sales goals and supporting store growth
• Assisting with recruiting, developing, and motivating team members
• Managing labor and staff scheduling effectively
• Monitoring P&L through control of chemicals, utilities, and other expenses
• Ensuring quality assurance via regular quality control checks
• Following cash management procedures including reconciliations, audits, and deposits
• Monitoring inventory and assisting with orders
• Adhering to safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• Handling customer escalations professionally
• Learning wash processes and equipment to expand knowledge
• Seeking growth through educational and training opportunities
• Performing other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need to Shine

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation skills
• Basic IT proficiency including POS systems and Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
• Strong communication skills for customer engagement
• Ability to follow clear directions and provide coaching and mentorship
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions and lift up to 25 lbs

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Standing and moving throughout the site for entire shifts
• Working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
