Overview

Under general direction, supervises the staff performing contracted activities at client accounts. Ensures staff is meeting quality and productivity standards as defined by client and manager.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist with the management of all services contracted by the client at the assigned site.
  2. Ensure staff is meeting quality and productivity standards as defined by client and manager.
  3. Ensure proper maintenance and usage of all equipment and supplies.
  4. Interface with the client, Operations team, and Corporate departments.
  5. Assist the manager with the completion of staff payroll, site billing, service enhancements, and employee of the month nominations on a timely basis.
  6. Supervise tasks or special projects and ensure their completion by set deadlines.
  7. Initiate communication and problem solving with the manager in addressing client issues.
  8. Assist the manager in managing the budget and controlling expenses effectively.
  9. Prepare monthly production and volume reports to measure productivity and prepare billing charges.
  10. Contact and negotiate with outside vendors if necessary.
  11. Perform other duties as requested by the Site Manager and client.
Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 2 or more years of supervisory experience preferred in reprographic/mail setting.
  • Excellent customer service, professional attitude, and appearance are essential.
  • Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills required.
Physical Demands
  • Physical activity required, including bending, reaching, lifting, and prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
  • May lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
