The MEP Assistant Site Manager studies the mechanical, electrical, piping, plumbing, and fire protection specifications to plan procedures for construction based on start and completion times, staffing requirements, and project phases.

The role involves standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs regularly, and up to 100 lbs occasionally. Exposure to various environmental conditions, including outdoor weather, mechanical parts, and noise, is expected. Overtime may be required.
Manage multiple team members, including training, planning, and resolving issues. Indirectly oversee subcontractors and laborers.
This position requires travel within the U.S. and possibly outside. Candidates can reside anywhere in the U.S. but must comply with Gray’s travel policies.
