Take 5 Oil Change in Medina, Ohio is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to lead a friendly team and deliver excellent customer service. Paid training is provided to learn the Take 5 operations, oil changes, and light maintenance while supporting the Shop Manager daily.

Move up quickly: many leaders started as Crew Members or ASM. Earn $13.25–$19.00 per hour with weekly bonuses, paid time off, health/vision/dental coverage, a 401(k) match, and the Take 5 training that helps you grow into leadership.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Assume leadership within the shop and support the Shop Manager.
• Train and coach crew members to follow Take 5 standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payment for services performed.
• Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager's absence.
• Run the floor, ensuring staff are in position and customers are satisfied.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Train new employees to fulfill duties in the Take 5 way.
• Assist with oil changes, filter replacements, and other light maintenance.
