Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to lead a busy service bay while maintaining top customer service standards. You’ll help manage daily operations, ensure vehicle service quality, and assist with inventory and training. PAID TRAINING helps you learn the Take 5 way and grow into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is valued but not required.
• Paid training is provided to learn the Take 5 way.
• Ability to lead floor operations and assist the Shop Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments for services.
• Assume responsibility of the Shop Manager in their absence.
• Run the floor, ensuring staff coverage and customer satisfaction.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and manage inventory.
• Train new employees in the Take 5 methods.
• Perform basic oil changes and maintain shop cleanliness.
