Driven Brands, Inc. Take 5 Oil Change in Ohio is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager. Paid training will be provided. You will lead the shop in the Manager’s absence, ensure smooth operations, and deliver excellent customer service. Many paths for promotion and growth are emphasized in this role.

You will manage opening/closing, inventory, and staff training, while performing light maintenance tasks and keeping the shop clean and welcoming for customers.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lead a team and act as Shop Manager in their absence.
• Strong communication and people skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments for services performed.
• Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager’s absence.
• Run the floor, ensuring coverage and customer satisfaction at all times.
