Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change in Ohio is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager with paid training to lead the team on the shop floor and ensure smooth operations. You will step in for the Shop Manager when needed and help deliver top-notch service to every customer.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payment for services performed
• Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager's absence
• Run the floor and ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Train new employees
• Drain motor oil, change oil filters, and perform other auto services as necessary
• Restock and maintain inventory
• Maintain shop, office, and bathroom cleanliness
