Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to lead daily shop operations and provide excellent customer service. You may step in for the Shop Manager, supervise crew on the floor, and ensure timely, high-quality oil change services.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow pit under cars.
• Must stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in hot/cold weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to the shop.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments for services performed.
• Assume the Shop Manager's responsibilities in their absence.
• Oversee floor operations, ensure each vehicle is serviced correctly and customers are satisfied.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the shop.
• Assist with counting and restocking inventory.
• Train new employees in the Take 5 way.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as oil changes and filter replacements.
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop, office, and bathroom.
