Job summary

Take Five Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to lead a team and deliver a high-quality oil-change experience. You will train staff, manage shop flow, and ensure customer satisfaction, while performing essential technician duties as needed.

Starting pay is $17.75 to $21.00 per hour with a $300 signing bonus and a bi-weekly bonus program. Join a family-oriented environment that supports advancement and hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead a team and train subordinates.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
• Willingness to perform technician duties and oversee shop operations.

Responsibilities

• Check in with customers to ensure a great experience.
• Act as Shop Manager in the Manager’s absence.
• Oversee floor operations and ensure vehicles and customers are serviced correctly.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts and adjustments.
• Train and develop subordinates; lead by example.
• Perform technician duties such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs.
