Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to help run a busy shop, mentor teammates, and ensure a first-class customer experience. This hands-on role includes leading daily operations, coaching staff, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others is required.
• Commitment to following safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support Shop Manager with daily operations and team development.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed and ensure safe, efficient service.
• Model fast, friendly customer service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure services are completed accurately while upholding procedures and safety.
• Train new team members and provide real-time coaching.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily inventory counts.
• Support shop communication, reporting, and follow-up.
