Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to support daily operations, coach the team, and ensure a fast, friendly customer experience. You may step in as Manager on Duty, uphold safety standards, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training new staff, and maintaining smooth service flow while delivering high-quality oil change services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others.
• Commitment to following safety policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed and coordinate workflow.
• Model fast, friendly customer service and resolve concerns.
• Ensure services are completed accurately while enforcing standards.
• Support shop performance and lead when the Shop Manager is unavailable.
• Train new team members and provide real-time coaching.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and assist with inventory.
