Job summary

CarGuys Inc. is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead the express lane and service department in a fast-paced shop environment. You will supervise service advisors and technicians, ensure high-quality customer service, and coordinate with other departments to optimize workflows.

The role is full-time with Saturday work required. Base pay ranges from $800 to $950 per week, with additional weekly and monthly bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive service management or related field.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with service management software.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the express lane/service department.
• Manage a team of service advisors and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor service workflow to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.
• Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
