Job summary

HGreg is seeking a Shop Foreman in West Palm Beach, FL to lead the service department, mentor technicians, and ensure efficient, high-quality repairs. You will manage daily operations, safety compliance and customer satisfaction while coordinating with other departments.

The role requires strong leadership, a solid automotive background, and the ability to train and evaluate staff to meet dealership standards. On-site position with full-time hours and regular performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Multiple years of related automotive service management experience.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Ability to manage a diverse service department.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technicians to ensure repairs are performed correctly and efficiently.
• Recruit, hire and motivate qualified service technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer warranty procedures.
• Monitor productivity and payroll records, and maintain shop efficiency.
• Maintain high-quality service, conduct regular spot checks and road test vehicles.
