Job summary

Holman Enterprises, Audi San Diego, seeks an Assistant Service Manager to lead the service department, coach advisors and technicians, monitor workflow, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive dealership service experience, with leadership/management experience.
• Strong understanding of fixed operations: labor, productivity, warranty, and customer-pay work.
• Experience supervising Service Advisors and Technicians; CSI-focused results.

Responsibilities

• Assist the service manager in daily operations and staffing.
• Oversee vehicle services, warranty administration, and records.
• Serve as a liaison among shop foreman, advisors, parts, technicians, and warranty.
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention; promote staff development.
• Recruit and develop service advisors, porters, and technicians.
