Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• 2+ years in a service-related or technician role.
• Previous supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager in daily operations of the service department.
• Support scheduling, work order management, technician coordination, and customer communication.
• Help drive department profitability and productivity.
• Coordinate technician workloads based on skill levels and job requirements.
• Monitor performance metrics and support continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Lead or supervise in the Service Manager’s absence.
• Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and tools/equipment.
• May involve field visits to customer locations.
