• Complete Safety Recall Service on customer equipment.
• Create work orders and assign to technicians.
• Drive workload through promotions, advertising and other resources.
• Review work orders for completeness before invoicing.
• Invoice work orders.
• Create and schedule work orders for internal equipment maintenance and trade-in services.
• Coordinate parts availability for repair orders with multiple locations.
