Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Leadership experience in any industry is a plus.
• Automotive experience is not required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Service Advisors.
• Coach team members daily to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Create a positive, high-energy work environment.
• Lead by example through professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
• Help develop team members both personally and professionally.
• Monitor daily performance and coach for continuous improvement.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and urgency.
• Work closely with service technicians and dealership leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience.
