You’ll work within a high-volume Ford service department backed by Fred Beans Automotive Group’s resources. The ideal candidate has dealership service advisory or manager experience, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience as automotive Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager preferred.
• Strong understanding of automotive service and repair processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process.
• Greet customers and document service and repair needs accurately.
• Communicate repair recommendations and timelines with customers and technicians.
• Obtain approvals for services and repairs; review repairs with customers.
• Build customer relationships and drive retention.
• Prepare and review repair orders for accuracy.
