Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process.
• Greet customers, identify their service and repair needs, and accurately document concerns.
• Work closely with technicians to communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and updates.
• Review recommended services and repairs with customers and obtain necessary approvals.
• Build lasting customer relationships and help drive customer retention.
• Prepare and review repair orders for accuracy.
• Monitor the progress of vehicles throughout the day and keep customers informed.
• Help maximize service department performance while maintaining a strong focus on the customer experience.
• Work closely with Service Management and the technician team to keep a busy shop running efficiently.
• Follow up with customers and help resolve concerns when needed.
