Job summary

The Lash Lounge, the premier salon for lash extensions in the United States, is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager in Harvey, LA. You will report to the Salon Manager and focus on delivering exceptional guest service while helping to manage our growing team of Front Desk Associates and Stylists.

• You must be legally eligible to work in the United States with reliable transportation.

Who we want on our team:

We are looking for an Assistant Salon Manager for our busy The Lash Lounge salon. You will report directly to the Salon Manager, and your focus will be on providing excellent customer service to all our guests and staff, helping to manage our growing team of Front Desk Associates and Stylists, and cultivating a positive and fun work environment. You will be highly focused on sales, managing company goals, and training our staff in selling memberships and retail.

Previous Membership Sales and Management experience is required
