Job summary

The Lash Lounge Harvey - Fountain Park is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to support the Salon Manager, drive guest satisfaction, and help manage a busy team of front desk associates and stylists. You will train staff in memberships and retail, while maintaining a positive, high-energy workplace.

Ideal candidates bring membership sales experience, strong customer service, and leadership abilities, with a focus on achieving company goals in a fast-paced salon environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing employees and leading a team.
• Experience with front desk sales, preferably in salon, spa, or membership businesses.
• Exceptional customer service and computer skills; MindBody experience preferred.
• College degree in business management or related field is preferred.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Salon Manager and report to the Salon Manager.
• Focus on delivering excellent customer service to guests and staff.
• Help manage Front Desk Associates and Stylists and coordinate team tasks.
• Train staff in selling memberships and retail products to meet goals.
• Foster a positive, fun, and productive work environment.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Salon Manager for The Lash Lounge in The Lash Lounge.

Founded in Dallas, TX, The Lash Lounge offers a complete menu of services including tinting, threading, perming, and more. We take pride in consistently creating an inviting atmosphere with a focus on an exceptional guest experience.

Who we want on our team:

We are looking for an Assistant Salon Manager for our busy The Lash Lounge salon. You will report directly to the Salon Manager, and your focus will be on providing excellent customer service to all our guests and staff, helping to manage our growing team of Front Desk Associates and Stylists, and cultivating a positive and fun work environment. You will be highly focused on sales, managing company goals, and training our staff in selling memberships and retail.

Previous Membership Sales and Management experience is required.
