Qualifications

• Current Cosmetology license for the state where you’re applying.
• Full-time leadership role (minimum 40 hours per week).
• Stamina to stand for long periods and dexterity to perform services with precision.
• Great attitude, basic math for inventory/cash, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor and manage daily operations from the appointment book to guest experience.
• Coach and mentor stylists using the IGROW model to help them reach goals.
• Keep the salon clean and compliant with State Board and OSHA standards.
• Assist with local partnerships and digital campaigns to maintain busy chairs.
