Job summary

Hair Cuttery is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to lead the floor, mentor the team, and support the Salon Leader in daily operations. This full-time role combines hands-on styling with business leadership and guest experience focus.

You’ll supervise scheduling, ensure safety and cleanliness, and contribute to local marketing efforts. A Cosmetology license and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Current Cosmetology license for the applying state.
• Full-time leadership role (≥40 hours per week).
• Stamina to stand for long periods and perform all salon services.
• Great attitude, basic math for inventory/cash, and stellar communication.
• Bring personal equipment daily and be ready to rock.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily floor operations and manage the appointment book in Zenoti.
• Coach and mentor stylists to hit goals and grow careers.
• Maintain clean and compliant salon, meeting state standards.
• Support local marketing and partnerships to keep chairs filled.
