Job summary

Hair Cuttery is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to lead the team while staying hands-on behind the chair. You will mentor stylists, manage the floor, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced salon environment.

As the right hand to the Salon Leader, you’ll oversee scheduling, training, and daily operations, ensuring compliance and a positive culture. This full-time role offers growth within Hair Cuttery’s family of brands.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Cosmetology license for the state where applying.
• This is a full-time leadership role (minimum 40 hours per week).
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform all salon services with precision.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on the floor and manage the appointment book.
• Coach and mentor stylists using the IGROW model to reach goals.
• Ensure salon safety, cleanliness, and compliance with State Board and OSHA standards.
• Support local partnerships and digital campaigns to keep chairs full.
