Hair Cuttery is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to lead the team, support the Salon Leader, and keep the salon energized, guests happy, and operations on track. This full‑time role lets you stay behind the chair while mentoring stylists, coaching toward performance goals, and ensuring compliance with State Board and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Cosmetology license for the state of application.
• This is a full-time leadership role (minimum 40 hours per week).
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform salon services with precision.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on the floor and manage the appointment book in Zenoti.
• Coach and mentor stylists to hit their goals using the IGROW model.
• Ensure compliance with State Board and OSHA standards for a safe salon.
• Assist in marketing efforts and local partnerships to keep chairs full.
