Hair Cuttery is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager in Virginia to lead day-to-day operations behind the chair while guiding fellow stylists to reach their goals. This 'Right Hand' to the Salon Leader focuses on guest satisfaction, team development, and maintaining a productive, positive salon culture.

Responsibilities include managing appointments in Zenoti, coaching staff, ensuring state Board and OSHA compliance, and supporting local marketing to keep chairs filled.

Qualifications

• Current Cosmetology license for the applying state.
• Full-time leadership role (40 hours per week).
• Stamina to stand long hours and perform salon services.
• Great attitude, basic math, and strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations and manage appointment book.
• Coach and mentor stylists using IGROW model.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
• Support local marketing and partnerships to keep chairs full.
