Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to lead the floor, support the Salon Leader, and mentor stylists while maintaining exceptional guest service.

You will oversee scheduling, inventory, and compliance, and participate in local marketing initiatives to drive client flow. This full-time leadership role rewards growth and commission opportunities within a fast-paced salon family.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Cosmetology license for the state applying to.
• Full-time leadership role (minimum 40 hours per week).
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on the shop floor and manage appointment flow.
• Coach and mentor stylists to reach goals and grow careers.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with state Board and OSHA standards.
• Assist with local marketing campaigns to keep chairs full.
