Qualifications

• Must hold a current Cosmetology license in the state where applying.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach others and manage salon operations.

• Lead the Floor: manage daily operations and guest flow.
• Coach & Mentor: support stylist growth using the IGROW model.
• Keep it Clean & Compliant: uphold state Board and OSHA standards.
