Qualifications

• The License: You must have a current Cosmetology license for the state where you’re applying.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Floor: Manage daily operations and guest experience (Zenoti bookings, ensuring guests leave satisfied).
• Coach & Mentor: Help fellow stylists hit goals and grow their careers.
• Keep it Clean & Compliant: Ensure compliance with State Board and OSHA standards.
• Marketing Pro: Support local partnerships and digital campaigns to keep chairs full and brand buzzing.
