Qualifications

• Must hold a current cosmetology license for the applying state.
• Full-time leadership role requiring at least 40 hours per week.
• Stamina to stand long hours and perform all salon services with precision.
• Strong communication, basic math for inventory and cash handling are essential.
• Previous leadership is a plus, but a positive attitude matters most.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily floor operations and manage the appointment book in Zenoti.
• Coach and mentor team members, supporting growth via the IGROW model.
• Maintain clean, compliant salon standards per State Board and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with local partnerships and digital campaigns to keep chairs filled.
