Hair Cuttery is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager who will be the right hand to the Salon Leader, keeping energy high, guests happy, and the team aligned. You’ll lead floor operations, mentor stylists, and ensure a safe, compliant salon environment while maintaining a vibrant guest journey.

This full-time leadership role offers growth into management, with pay structure tied to performance and opportunities in a thriving salon network.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license in the applicable state.
• Willingness to commit to a full-time leadership role (40 hours/week).
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform salon services with precision.
• Strong communication and stellar customer service skills.
• Prior leadership experience is a plus, but a positive attitude is essential.
• Bring personal equipment daily.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor stylists to achieve goals and growth.
